How are my online payments made?

That depends on the payee. Some vendors accept electronic payments, while others require us to send paper check.

How long does it take for a payee to receive my online payment?

The time varies, but is displayed on your screen so you’ll know how much time to allow for the payment to reach the payee. For example, if your payment is due on the 15th of the month, and the system indicates that it takes 3 days for the payment to reach the vendor, you must submit your payment request by the 11th in order for it to be received on the due date.

How many bills can I pay?

You can pay as many bills as you like—as often as you like. The service allows up to 250 payees to be on your list.

Who Can I Pay?

You can pay almost anyone, anywhere in the United States—from national credit cards, mortgage companies, auto loans and department stores to the paper boy, piano teacher or babysitter. The only exceptions are the IRS and state and local taxing authorities.
