How do I access WCTFCU Mobile Banking?

In order to access Mobile Banking, you simply need to have signed up online, to be a WCTFCU Online Banking Member, have a valid Online Banking username and password and have a mobile device that is Internet enabled and has a data plan. You can access Mobile Banking on the WCTFCU Mobile App, available on the Apple and Android App Stores. Use your Online Banking username and password to log in and access your accounts on the App.

Is there a fee to use WCTFCU Mobile Banking?

No. Mobile Banking is free of charge. However, check with your Mobile Phone Carrier for fees related to your internet and data plan subscription, as you would use this to access the App.

What Online Banking services does Mobile Banking include?

WCTFCU’s Mobile Banking includes the following Online Banking services:
  • Account Summaries
  • Account Transaction History
  • Transfers
  • Pay Bills
  • View Pending Bill Payments
  • Cancel Pending Bill Payments

  • Set up new bill pay payees

Which mobile devices are supported?

Currently Apple and Android devices are supported. We are working to bring mobile banking to all devices.

How do I access Mobile Banking?

There are a couple of ways you can access your accounts online, once you have signed up on our website for online banking:

  1. With an Apple or Android device, you can download the WCTFCU Mobile App from the respective App Store, once you have signed up on our website for online banking.
  2. With an Apple or Android device, you can use our website to access your accounts online, once you have signed up on our website for online banking.

Do I have to enroll each account for WCTFCU mobile banking?

No. You can access all of your WCTFCU accounts once you go to the website and sign up for online banking. 

Is Mobile Banking secure?

Yes, our number one priority is the security of your information and finances. We would not offer any service or product to you if it were not secure. You can do your part by keeping your account numbers, usernames, PINs and passwords in a secure place; do not share them with anyone. Mobile Banking employs industry best practices with regards to security. Mobile Banking offers the following security safeguards:

  • Authentication - Mobile browser and downloadable application users are authenticated for every interaction with any Mobile Banking component. Users are authenticated by account number and password.
  • Encryption -Encryption is used for all communications within Mobile Banking.

Is my personal or financial information stored on my phone?

If you choose to type in and save your personal financial information in your “Contacts”, or as a file or photo on your phone, then yes, what you save is within the data your phone.

Mobile Banking does not save any files with personal or financial information on your mobile device. That information stays strictly within our online banking system. 

Is there a fee to use Mobile Banking?

No. Mobile Banking is free. Accessing and working with your accounts through Mobile Banking is absolutely FREE!
